The Challenge
I failed with Feedle.ai because I built the product before talking to users. This time I wanted to prove demand first. I also saw that most product managers only used ChatGPT and did not understand how to plug their own data into AI agents. I decided to test whether a simple automation template for Product Managers would attract real interest.
Approach
- Sunday – I wrote a LinkedIn post showing my AI automation template and asked anyone interested to comment "+". I gave no link.
- 48 hours later the post reached 30,000 views (later >100,000). Seeing the demand, I spent my nights coding a website, AI Automation Agency, that offers the template for free plus paid consultations and custom n8n automations. This is how partn.ai website was born. I forced sign‑up to capture emails.
- Wednesday – I sent the link to everyone who had commented. After sign‑up they received the template instantly.
- I kept iterating on the site and replied personally to early users.

- Sell first, build later – demand validation saved weeks of wasted work.
